Laura Alexander Art & Design currently ships orders within Canada only.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped to Canadian addresses only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually and may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable shipping costs communicated at checkout or agreed upon prior to shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Processing times may vary for original artwork, custom products, or commission pieces. You will be notified if additional time is required.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. Once an order has shipped, Laura Alexander Art & Design is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Packaging

All artwork and products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Originals are packed with extra care to protect the artwork during transit.

Shipping Issues

Laura Alexander Art & Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
