All artwork, images, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Laura Alexander Art & Design unless otherwise stated. Purchasing an original artwork, print, or product does not transfer copyright. Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
Products & Artwork
All original paintings are hand-painted and one of a kind. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We do our best to accurately represent all artwork and products, but minor variations may occur.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time.
Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping costs are calculated individually and agreed upon at checkout or prior to shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of original artwork and custom products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [add number] days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Commissions
Commission requests are subject to approval. Details, timelines, pricing, and payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. Deposits may be required and are non-refundable once work has started.
Classes & Events
Paint and sip classes, private sessions, and workshops must be paid for in advance unless otherwise stated. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refund policies will be outlined at the time of booking.
Participants attend classes at their own risk. Laura Alexander Art & Design is not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or damage to personal property during events.
Limitation of Liability
Laura Alexander Art & Design is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of this website, products, or services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
